ABOUT RED FOX STABLES AND RESORT

Welcome to Red Fox Stables & Resort

A New Beginning in the Schoharie Valley.

Red Fox Stables & Resort is a newly established company proudly rooted in the breathtaking landscape of Schoharie County, NY. While the property may feel familiar to some, we want to clarify that we are under entirely new ownership and management, and building a bold new vision for what this land can offer.

Our mission is to create a peaceful yet vibrant destination where guests can connect with nature, horses, and one another. What was once a simple horse property is now being thoughtfully transformed into a multi-purpose equestrian and wellness retreat—blending rustic charm with modern hospitality.

  • Cozy Log Cabins: (Coming in 2026) One- and two-bedroom cabins for peaceful getaways.
